My first order was lost in transport, which really is to be about 50% expected on anything that has to travel far especially cross a border into another country but I did inform them they asked me to wait a few more days and at that deadline they sent another one for free 100% tracking, I don't believe it's a conspiracy was a little upset but it's life and I still got it for Christmas. Great products especially this one but I do suggest full tracking.

I made an order and it was lost in the shipment. One they were made aware of the lost shipment, a replacement order was sent immediately and I received that one!
