Shipping policy

Orders placed will be shipped within 14 business days. Once shipped, we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Please contact us, and we can file a claim with the carrier if an issue should arise. If the claim is approved, we will re-ship the lost or damaged items, or issue a refund or store credit.

Any and all shipping costs and taxes are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
